With 15+ years of international experience across France, Mexico, and Spain, Valentín García drives business growth and transformation through innovation for leading companies such as Sigma Foods, Amadori, Borges, Alianza Team, or Mahou San Miguel, developing strategic value capture programs throughout the entire food value chain.
García is an Adjunct Professor at IE University and participates as a speaker and mentor for various institutions. He holds studies in Industrial Design from IED Istituto Europeo di Design and in Molecular Cuisine from the Basque Culinary Center.
