Dr. Reetta Andolin is a Finnish food scientist. She has a 20 years career with food innovations, both in industry and academia. In Finland, she is partcularly known about her work with oats and plant protein products. She founded her first startup Gold&Green Foods 2015, and made an successful exit 18 months later. Currently, she works as Chief Innovation Officer at Raisio Oyj, and leads the R&D team which aims to initiate internal ventures and collaborate with startups. Andolin is dedicated to change of the food system and continues to drive innovative approaches in the industry.
