He has advised both leading multinationals and foodtech startups, and has been a keynote speaker at industry events in Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Brazil and Mexico. Some of his clients at Lantern include McDonald's, Danish Crown, Nestlé, Grupo Osborne and Sigma-Campofrio.
