Double degree in Economics (specializing in Public Economics) and Business Administration (specializing in Finance) from the University of Zaragoza. Commercial technician and State economist since 2008. He has been Chief Economic and Commercial Advisor at the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Singapore and at the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Tel Aviv. At ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, he has held the position of director of Infrastructure, Healthcare and ICT since September 2021, until his appointment as executive director of Growth and Competitiveness in September 2024.
